DESCRIPTION

Appearance: thin rind, straw yellow in colour.

Paste: the paste of this fresh soft organic pecorino cheese is white, solid, with a soft and creamy consistency. Sometimes there may be slight openings in the paste.

Shape:flat and round, slightly rounded side, bowl shape, weight around 1.5 Kg
