Pecorino cheese Biogran by S’atra Sardigna is produced exclusively with Sardinian milk of grazing sheep, processed in Sardinian dairies according to the organic certification protocol. Sweet, fruity slightly spicy, moderately salted and sour taste. The cheese with a higher ripening degree has a more intense fruity and umami note.

Paste: the paste of pecorino cheese Biogran, with a white colour tending to straw yellow, has a hard and crumbly consistency with a slight granularity given by the presence of crystals which increase with the progress of ripening
Shape: cylindric, weight around 15Kg (verificare che non sia 1.5)
